The City of Duluth invites the public to attend the Higher Education Small Area Plan Public Meeting on Thursday, October 27, 2011 from 5:00 p.m. to 6:30 p.m., at Hope United Methodist Church, 301 W. St. Marie St., in the Fellowship Hall.
