Duluth’s Rental Market Opens to New Multi-Tenant Rentals

This week Duluth’s rental market opens up to new multi-tenant rentals after a “protection zone” was lifted with the start of the New Year.Although the “protection zone” in the neighborhoods around UMD and St. Scholastica had allowed for new single-family rentals, it did not allow new multi-tenant rentals.
